Each Phantom Assassin can fire 6 blast arrow(s) at enemies in range, and each arrow deals 60% AoE DMG to up to 5 nearby enemies on hit, dealing double DMG to airborne units.
All Phantom Assassins disappear when the skill ends, and the next Basic ATK additionally triggers the Talent's summon effect based on the number of enemies that died in range during Requiem of Shadow.
